Focusing on Life :: Twos

Everything seems to come in twos at my house. When you have 2 girls, close in age, you can't very well buy singles. Everything comes in doubles. So when Sally asked us to think about things that comes in twos .... my quick answer is ... my girls.

Here you have 2 girls, sitting on a 2-seater couch on 2 devices, separated by 2 pillows (of course, they couldn't be touching each other - that is way to bothersome). Yep. Everything comes in doubles. You should have heard my husband this morning talking about the credit card bill. So sue me. I went back-to-school shopping for 2 girls. Yikes!

I will be a little delayed again this weekend in getting around to everyone's posts. But I'll check in later in the weekend!

  9. Sisters may have pillows between them now, but give them time and there will be nothing that can seperate their love of each other.

  10. You are doubly blessed with 2 girls :) Love how they use the cushions - my daughter does the same, she insists it's to cover her feet...

  11. I also have two daughters close in age. Your post reminded me of those years when they lived at home and yes, I had to buy everything in twos.

  12. So funny they put up a pillow betweeen them. I'll bet they will be best friends when they are older. I'm a twin and though we fought when we were younger we are best friends now.

  19. And speaking of cushion barriers...my sisters and I used to have an invisible line etched into the bed! We had a bigggg bed that three of us used to share. Being the youngest one, i was bullied into sleeping in the middle, trapped in between these two imaginary, but very much existing lines that even my long long hair was not allowed to cross! Ah..the silliness!
